Refund Policy
- Defective or damaged items: Kindly take a video before opening the parcel/order and check for damages. If you did receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team and provide them with the order details & the package opening video within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a refund or replacement, as per your preference.
- Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in returning the item and provide a refund or exchange for the correct item.
- Non-delivery: In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions, which may include a refund.
- Timeframe for receiving the refund: Post the confirmation of the refund, the order amount minus delivery charges (only in case of return/exchange of non-damaged/defective saree), if any, will be transferred back to your account through UPI or net banking within 7 days.
